Rovegram
Advertising, with clear boundaries.
Rovegram advertising is separate from Telegram advertising. Our own delivery is currently disabled while validation and release work continue.

What may appear
Rovegram supports labelled text and static-image ads in the bot top panel, channel chat list, and global search. We do not provide our own video ads. Tapping an ad opens its reviewed destination; the information control offers an explanation and report action.
Telegram Premium may remove Telegram's own sponsored messages. It does not exempt Rovegram ads.
How ads are selected
The implementation uses contextual eligibility such as placement, interface language and approximate exit country, not chat contents or search text. Eligible campaigns use a first-price CPM auction, with a minimum bid of USD 0.50 per thousand qualified impressions. A winning campaign pays its own bid; a click is not an additional CPM charge.
An impression requires at least half of the ad to remain visible for one continuous second while the app is in the foreground. Local frequency caps, eligibility checks and budgets also apply. These implementation rules do not mean public ad delivery is open.
Review before publication
Campaign material needs administrator review, and publication is bound to the reviewed content. Rejected or unapproved material cannot be published through the normal flow. A report can be submitted through the ad's information control; moderation cannot guarantee that every harmful ad is caught before a user sees it.
For prospective advertisers
Public self-service submission and payment are not open. There is no purchase form or payment gateway on this website. Contact @roveadminbot with questions; do not send money based on a claimed campaign or unverified support message.
External payment processing, public advertiser terms and full production acceptance are still pending. This is not an invitation to fund a live campaign.
